How I Work

I take ownership of marketing that is not working yet.

Clients bring me in when a marketing setup has become complicated: tracking that does not match reality, spend spread across platforms with no clear owner, or growth that has stalled for reasons nobody has diagnosed yet. I take the account, find out what is actually happening, and run it forward without needing to be managed.

What Ownership Looks Like

Diagnose. Strategise. Execute.

Three phases, applied to every engagement regardless of platform or industry.

01 / Diagnose

Find the real problem before touching anything

Before I change a campaign, I check what the tracking is actually measuring, where the data breaks down, and whether the reported numbers match what the business is seeing. Most underperformance traces back to a measurement or structural issue, not a creative or targeting one.

02 / Strategise

Build a plan tied to revenue, not activity

Strategy is built around what the business needs to be true in three, six, and twelve months, not around running more ads. Every recommendation is commercially justified: what it costs, what it should return, and how we will know if it worked.

03 / Execute

Run it across platforms without supervision

I build and manage campaigns directly across paid media, SEO, landing pages, and email, and report on results in plain language. Clients get clear updates on what changed, why, and what it means for the business, not a dashboard they have to interpret alone.

Working Style

What clients rely on me for

01
Strategic but hands-on. I set the direction and build the campaigns. There is no handoff between the person planning the strategy and the person running it.
02
Proactive and accountable. I flag problems before they show up in a monthly report and take responsibility for the results of my own recommendations.
03
Analytical and commercially focused. Decisions are based on margin, revenue, and efficiency, not clicks or impressions that do not move the business forward.
04
Comfortable in messy systems. Broken tracking, inconsistent naming conventions, half-built product feeds. I clean up what is there before adding anything new.
05
Clear and transparent. Clients get straight answers about what is working, what is not, and what I am doing about it, in language that does not require a marketing background.
06
Focused on outcomes that matter. Leads, sales, revenue, and efficiency are the measures of success. Vanity metrics are reported only when they explain a real result.

Multi-channel ownership, across markets

Work spans Australia, the UK, and the US, not one home market with occasional overseas clients. One example of what full ownership looks like in practice: an Australian client where I manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing concurrently, as a single point of accountability across the acquisition and retention funnel.

Markets Served
Australia, United Kingdom, United States
Channels Managed

Structure
Single operator across acquisition and retention, no handoffs between channels
