About GRUNN
Built because neither side
was telling the full story.
GRUNN exists because business owners and founders deserve more than a piece of the marketing picture. They deserve the whole thing, with clarity on where they stand and a clear direction on where to go next.
Why GRUNN exists.
After 6 years working both in-house and on the agency side, a pattern became impossible to ignore. In-house teams had deep context about the business but often lacked the full marketing toolkit or the structural thinking to connect everything. Agencies brought execution capability but rarely had the full picture of what a business actually needed. The result in both cases was the same: business owners and founders left without clear direction, and marketing budgets spent without a proper foundation underneath them.
Neither side was delivering the complete marketing job. Someone would handle paid media. Someone else would do SEO. Email would be managed separately. But no one was connecting it all, evaluating what actually mattered, and giving the owner an honest answer about where their business stood and what to prioritise next.
GRUNN was built to fix that. Not by doing more, but by thinking first. By starting with structure. By taking responsibility for the full picture and giving business owners and startup founders the clarity and direction they actually need to grow with confidence.
Most marketing fails before the first click.
It does not fail because teams are not working hard. It fails because decisions are made without structure, execution happens before evaluation, and tools are used as a substitute for thinking.
Every channel sits on a foundation. Without it, scale amplifies the wrong things. Structure first, always.
Business owners should not have to stitch their own marketing together. Paid, organic, lifecycle, and strategy belong in one coherent system.
Peace of mind and a clear direction are not soft outcomes. They are what every founder actually needs and rarely gets from their marketing partner.
GRUNN is and is not.
This distinction matters. It shapes every engagement, every conversation, and every decision about whether to work together.
- A foundation-first growth practice
- A complete marketing partner for business owners and founders
- A place for structure, clarity, and long-term perspective
- A thinking partner that executes when it makes sense
- A platform that gives you direction, not just activity
- A tactic library or shortcut provider
- An agency that executes before it evaluates
- A funnel brand or hack-driven growth shop
- A service that tells you what you want to hear
- Right for everyone, and that is by design
Across every channel. In every engagement.
The foundation-first approach is not a philosophy saved for strategy decks. It shows up in every piece of work across every channel GRUNN touches.

AI is a tool in the system. Not a replacement for thinking.
Artificial intelligence is part of how the work gets done at GRUNN. It is used practically and honestly, not as a shortcut or a way to avoid the real thinking that clients are paying for.
The foundation-first approach applies here too. AI tools are most useful when the strategic layer is already clear. They speed up execution, surface patterns in data faster, and help structure thinking. They do not replace the judgment that decides what to prioritise, what to fix first, or what actually matters for a specific business.
Every client engagement at GRUNN still starts with evaluation, not automation. AI is used where it genuinely helps. It is not used as a substitute for experience or strategic clarity.
Using AI well requires the same thing as using any tool well: knowing what problem you are actually solving before you reach for it.
