No. Free audits are not part of how we work.

We offer a free 30-minute clarity call to set expectations and assess fit. If deeper evaluation is needed, that is done through a paid Foundation Review. This keeps the work honest and focused from the start.

In most cases, yes. The Foundation Review ensures we do not execute on unclear or misaligned systems. It protects both sides from wasted effort.

These services do not include ongoing optimization. They deliver a defined output and a clear next-step recommendation.

One-time work fixes or builds the foundation. It does not include iteration, optimization, or ongoing reporting. You receive a defined deliverable and guidance on what to do next.

Monthly services involve ongoing ownership, performance management, and continuous improvement. We take responsibility for the work over time and report on progress regularly.

No. We guarantee clear structure and correct implementation, not specific outcomes. Results depend on many factors beyond the setup itself, including your market, competition, and how the work is followed up on after delivery.

What we can guarantee is that the foundation will be built properly and that you will leave with a clear picture of what to do next.

Monthly services

No. Monthly services are flexible and can be cancelled with reasonable notice. We do not lock clients into long commitments.

Clients stay because the work is valuable, not because they are contractually obligated to. That is the only retention model that makes sense to us.

We believe clarity and trust matter more than lock-ins. Requiring a minimum commitment before value has been demonstrated is backwards.

We start with evaluation. We build structure. We execute selectively. By the time we get to ongoing work, both sides know whether the engagement makes sense.

It depends entirely on the foundation. Some structural improvements show up in performance within weeks. Others, particularly in SEO and retention, compound over several months.

We do not promise specific timelines before understanding the system. Anyone who gives you a precise timeline without first understanding your foundation is guessing.

No. We are selective about the engagements we take on. We work best with businesses that:

  • Value structure and are open to evaluation
  • Understand that growth is a system, not a shortcut
  • Have some existing marketing activity to build from

Not all projects are accepted. The clarity call helps both sides determine whether the engagement makes sense before any commitment is made.

Pricing and scope

Fixed pricing creates clear boundaries and honest expectations from the start. It removes ambiguity about what is included, prevents scope creep, and keeps both sides focused on the defined outcome.

It also means you know exactly what you are committing to before signing anything.

Prices are fixed and reflect the defined scope of each service. We do not negotiate on scope or delivery.

That said, if budget is a genuine barrier but the fit is strong, we are open to a conversation about what makes sense. Say so on the clarity call and we will be honest about what is possible.

Each service includes exactly what is listed on the Pricing page. Nothing more, nothing less. Anything outside that scope is discussed separately before it becomes part of the engagement.

No. Ad spend, platform fees, and third-party software are paid directly by the client. GRUNN's fees cover strategy, structure, management, and reporting only.

This keeps the arrangement clean and ensures you always have direct control over your own accounts and spend.

There are no step-by-step setups, no templates, and no SOPs. The goal is better judgment over time, not faster execution of the same flawed approach.

GRUNN is not designed for complete beginners. The work assumes a baseline of marketing familiarity and that you carry some level of responsibility for decisions in your role or business.

If you are just starting out, the clarity call is still a good place to check. We will be honest about whether the timing is right.

That is completely fine. The clarity call exists specifically to identify fit early, before time or money is spent on either side.

If it is not the right fit, we will say so directly and point you toward something that makes more sense. There is no pressure to proceed.

No. Engagements are selective. We limit the number of active clients to maintain quality, depth, and focus in every engagement.

Selectivity is not about being exclusive for its own sake. It is about protecting the quality of the work for the clients we do take on.

Not always. If a request conflicts with foundational clarity or would produce poor outcomes, we will say so. That is part of the value.

We are not an order-taking service. If you need something executed without question, GRUNN is probably not the right fit. If you want honest thinking alongside execution, it likely is.

No. GRUNN does not work with reusable templates or generic playbooks. The work is built around your specific system, context, and decision logic.

Generic templates are part of the problem, not the solution. The goal is a system that fits your business, not one that fits everyone.
